During our 4 months together, you will activate powerful tools for

You will experience a big shift in the sense of safety, aliveness and glow in your own body.
You might be quite familiar with NAMING EMOTIONS & make meaning of them.
You might often find yourself explaining & searching for actions & conclusions to the constant chatter in your mind.
I will guide you into your body - and access the abundance of information and resources available here!
You will go from sorting through our thoughts - to increasing your capacity to hold space for the sensations in your body.
You will establish new habits and tools to meet & process what your beautiful body is trying to tell you.
You will experience massive transformation in how it FEELS to be you - in YOUR BODY.
You will also be powerfully RESOURCED to TAKE UP SPACE IN THE WORLD.
Your safety - Your Glow - Your Power - deeply rooted in your Being - and ready for the World!
You will learn powerful tools including embodiment practices, visibility comfort, wardrobe magic, how to choose color & designs for interior & marketing your business.
Your will experience increased aliveness, courage, inspiration and creativity!
You will be supported to get clarity on your vision - and in taking your powerful steps towards it!
How we work:
2 * 1 h Group Coaching call per month on zoom over 4 months

Group coaching provides immense value both for the individual - and for the group. You will be supported in applying the tools and methods through videos & support in the facebook group.
Facebook group - a nutritious green house for growth & belonging.
